golden spider glitch?? not appearing

I've gotten every last golden spider in the game except one that appears in an elevator when you are Miguel (Spider-Man 2099) having to save MJ and there are tentacles blocking your path. I've tried to do this 10 years ago and other times over the years and it's never been there. Any video or guide I looked at stated/showed it would be there and it's not. Does anyone know if this is an actual glitch or have I actually missed something for the last decade. Thanks
