Use Luffy to run around and grab stuff + shoot down nests with Usopp. Can take anywhere from 1 min to an hour to get it to drop. - In my other post about 25 items with Sanji, I pickup x3 Jishi Neck in Waford, it's in the timestamp. Besides that, the big "lions" (like in the Wano Arc from the manga and anime) drops these. When u run through water 7 and collect everything - how long before it respawns? Travel back and forth between memorias? Anything? Seems kinda random ?
