Are the DLCs worth it?

Hey guys, I haven't played RE Village yet because I didn't have the chance before, then they announced a 3rd person mode and that made me really excited but I read some people saying that this mode isn't really like the previous remakes or other behind the shoulder RE, it still plays like a FP game but with the camera pushed back and that it also took a bit of the mystery and scares away, that got me disappointed to say the very least as this mode was the only reason why I wanted the season pass or in my case the Golden Edition, so my question, I don't really like modern FP games but some games like Alien Isolation and RE7 I absolutely loved, the base game is at a very good price so I was thinking about grabbing it, what do you guys think? Should I get the vanilla at this sweet price or wait to get the gold version? Oh just to mention I love RE, thanks in advance.
