Spec ops Trophy don't pop

Anyone can help me? 
I don't know why this trophy not unlocking. I did all 4 spec ops and replayed one of them once more and i don't get the trophy. I'm looking for answears but I can't find anything.
I would be so greatful if anyone will help me.

I just got this trophy with someone who had successfully completed each mission multiple times but it was glitching for him until this time. We aren’t exactly sure what allowed for the trophy to pop for him this time, but below are the things that changed:

 

1. He deleted and reinstalled the game

2. We played each mission back-to-back without closing/quitting the game

3. We made sure everyone started together in the spawn area and didn’t drop from the plane

 

Not sure what it was that allowed it to work this time, but I suspect it was #3. There were times when we would start the mission and he would load in late and drop from the plane. When this happened we would all purposely die and retry the mission which would allow for us to all spawn together at the start of the level. I believe the game was seeing this as him joining while the mission was already in progress which doesn’t work as you have to complete from start to finish.

 

Not sure if any of that will help, but that’s what worked for us. Good luck!
