Quest for Companions trophy bugged/not popping

Hello everyone,

 

The Quest for Companions trophy wich consist to turn 3 heroes into allies in story quests didn't popped for me, i don't know why so i decided to contunue the game after the tutorial and get another hero, i have 11 of them but no trophy.

I have tried multiple solutions: I tried deleting my save, deleting the cache, change the ps4 system language to japanese, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Nothing. So i contacted the support, no answer.

I just want to know if i'm the only one with that problem and if there is a solution for it.
