Do difficulty options affect trophies?

After the tutorial the game allows you to change some difficulty settings to make the game easier / more chill. (I.e.: Customers not getting angry if they have to wait for their meals.)

Does anybody know if using any of these difficulty settings affect the trophies? Sadly can’t find any info on that online. Maybe somebody who’s been further down with the game can answer it. Thanks in advance

 

Edit: The different difficulties I’m referring to are these four options:

- Calm Service: Customers will never become impatient. Take all the time you need to service them.

- Recipe Reminders: Recipe details of certain dishes are displayed as you cook.

- Fewer customers: There will be fewer customers to serve.

- Cooking Assistance: Your dished will not fail or burn.

From what I've done so far (I'm currently at 31% of the total trophies) ithe difficulty modifiers doesn't change anything.

 

I currently have all of them turned on apart from 'Fewer Customers'.
