Zombies Crashing

So I've had a lot of crashing/infinite loading issues with the PS4 version of this game. Each of those times, I was just able to turn the output of my PS5 to 720p to fix it until now. I've gotten to the end of the zombies easter egg now and both times I was playing in 720p (because the zombies map just infinitely loads if not on that) and it just crashes before I can fully complete it. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening? It's beyond frustrating that I've gotten almost every trophy in the game and it looks like this is what's going to stop me from getting the platinum.
