story level went from 9 to max level and popped all trophies (coop)

me and TH3_1LL3ST_ON3 were playing coop starting knight chap on hard and had normal leveling intill viking chap mission 2.1. 

We died at the last segment (horse boss chase) and respawn at max level. we thought it was part of the story to boost you for that segment.

after finishing the mission the trophies for story level 10,20 and 30 popped at the same time and we leveled up all the way.

+ x0.50 hard complete  150 017 

 

we would have become level 10 but not 20 or 30.

 

we didnt do anything strange and i didnt see anybody get it happen recently.

 

anybody know anything about it, we are not cheaters or hackers.
