No you can complete them in any order at any time, make sure you save every time you complete an extra mode as the game could corrupt your save and reset all your progress for the trophy, requiring you to replay all the modes for the trophy to pop. You can prevent this by saving to the cloud ingame, It keeps your data and keeps your trophy progress (Green bat kills and Mode master).
