Teleporter parts

I have played Icarus about 4, 5 times and I can't find the last part of the teleporter.

 

In Black Canyon, every time I played a part have appeared, and I already got the trophy to fix the second teleporter (the second teleporter doesn't seem to be able until I fix the first one), so I was wondering if the game is bugged and somehow it is not flagging the spawn of the last part.

 

If memory serves me right, I did the action of fixing a part without getting it, and I have a bad feeling that the game counted a non-existent third part and crapped out the entire save because of it.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or advises? (There is little information about the game on the internet...)
