Problem with "lending a hand"

Hello.

 

I'm currently in chapter 3 of the story.

I was looking at the trophy "lending a hand".

And realised I forgot to do the honor missions in chapter 2.

Is it possible to complete the game and then start a new save where i complete those missions?

Or do I have to restart my playthrough?

There's a workaround (glitch? Failsafe?) for that trophy where replaying a mission in the epilogue pops it;

 

 

It seems to work for most people who neeeded it, som hopefully you too.
