Assist and catch farming

Whilst on my grind trying to finish off catches and assists I have found a method for both of them which I haven't seen mentioned anywhere yet and thought it might help some people out.

 

So firstly with the assist I have found that if you play the 3v3 basketball mode and then knock the opponent in the ball form and instead of passing to a teammate and having them score you can make it so you pass the ball into a wall or ledge and have them fall of the map which only nets you 1 score and also the assist still even tho you are the one who threw the ball. I am yet to confirm if they count towards the trophy as I haven't yet got it myself but it has been making progress on the contract for the assist so i would assume that it works. with this method in theory you can get up to  89 assist a game if you was to play all three rounds

 

Secondly for the catches  i have been struggling since I always seem to have awful connection to the game so its always stuttering which has it so i cant even see the ball to catch half the time but i have found that if you have the boomerang ball and throw it at someone an catch the rebound from it that also counts as a catch and makes progress towards the contract with that i was able to get about 40 or so catches in a single round
