EvilEye1869 Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Only thing that helps is to ride around the city slowly and watch for blue blips on the minimap. Your screen also flashes when random encounter is around. The small town in the desert to the north is also a good place to encounter few of these.
