Many trophies are glitched in this game and many trophies are randomly popped . I will guide you what you need to do . 

 

1: complete game on normal and you will get normal and hard trophies after completing start exploring mode in that completed save file .

 

2: Holograms : There are 21 holograms but only 20 are showing on and 21st hologram is in the broken ship on beach where you complete game . 

For getting all these holograms you will get all trophies related to collectables. 

 

3: do few hunting and eating berries trophies.  

You need to eat one thousand berries but I got trophy on 550 berries . 

 

4: there is video on YouTube for getting highest point of map 

 

5: Do four side Quests to get side quests trophy . 

 

You need to end the game for few skills unlocking but sometimes ending glitched but you can get that skills by doing all 4 side quests in the end .
