Has anyone had "You Rule" and "Motherlode" Glitch on them?

I was boosting for co-op trophies and encountered a glitch with the 2 named trophies. I am creating this thread for other people who may have this problem and am looking for others who experienced a similar issue and can record what happened to them. The only other similar thread I could find on this was one from 2013 for xbox. For context:

You Rule: Complete all advanced co-op missions

Motherlode: Complete all advance co-op missions with gold rank.

 

When I did this:

- I mixed normal co-op missions with advance ones.

- I was able to do advance early because of boosting partners who got it first and let me boost with them.

- I finished all normal before finishing all advanced ones

- I finished normal with gold and earned their respective trophies as expected

- I finished advanced with 5 gold and 1 silver, and did not get the You Rule Trophy

- I earned Motherlode after getting my 6th gold, but still no You Rule.

- I earned You Rule after playing a following match and it popped in the middle of my session.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue where the trophies popped out of order? I believe it might have to do with me doing advanced before finishing normal, but maybe there's more to it?

I've seen it happening. I redid them with another host and it worked. The host can have advanced ones unlocked and invite people without them, so the trophies can be obtained out of order.
