Can I go back and replay the campaign missions for the “No One Will Ever Know” trophy

Hello this may or may not be a dumb question. But a friend of mine and me are going for the platinum for this game currently and I already completed this campaign on regular a couple years ago. So can I replay the missions in realistic or do I have to completly restart anew. I hope I don’t have to restart anew because it would most likely ruin the decorator progress. Please get back to me with answers asap.

U can replay all everytime, just like u want.

 

I recommend Veteran withour checkpoints first, but thats up to U.

But just to make sure if I do mission select and replay all mission on realistic the trophy should pop?

100% YES, u even see on what dificulty U already played it on the right bottom corner.
