guyblade Posted August 2, 2023 Share Posted August 2, 2023 The only thing I can really say is that there is a random chance of the event firing each time you settle a world. All you can do is keep colonizing more worlds and hoping it appears. One thing Stellaris has no shortage of is RNG-dependent trophies. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
