The signal crashing on ps4

New to forum just wanted to get some opinions. 

 

As far as I'm aware the first DLC the signal crashes very commonly on the ps4 almost consistently. I've had it crash mostly about 5 minutes in when you get to the road where the cars come alive. However I've also had it crash in the bookshop right after or in the church basement. 

 

So far I have tried deleting and reinstalling, deleting my save file, pausing before crash spots just so the game has time to load next section. It's worth noting on my first playthrough I had no crashes whatsoever but every playthrough after it's happened every time. 

 

Also interestingly deleting my save worked once but I unfortunately died towards the end and this method hasn't worked since. Really stumped on this but super disappointed as I'd like to get all the DLC trophies. 

 

Any help or advice appreciated.
