Server problems fifa 19 ps3 and fifa ps4,disconnections in division rivals

The only fifa games i have problems with the rest of the fifas i played 17,18,20,21 didnt have the problem,begin this year fifa 19 ps3 in division rivals ,game freezes sometimes and dc under 10 minuten mark when the servers where still up,and got connection lost msg

 

I first was thinking it was a disc problem but now i encounter same problems in fifa 19 ps4,are more players expierence this ?One day i got a dc against every random when working on fut champ points against randoms got this way a lot of fut championship points. Because everygame counted as a draw my main was only able to stay in match for 4 min before freeze and dc happend,and it didnt effect skill rating but got champ points,but now i work on div 4 its a bit of a pain,and it can lock out of platinum

 

Are more players experience this ? And is there a fix like playing on a week of the month the servers got reset,or something else i can try?

might be worth checking EA sports forums for the games to see if any players before has reported the same issue and might even have solutions
