Struggling with this one (not yet completed the game)

 

I have three stroy related enemies that should have scanned automatically, AT-ST, Electrobaton Purge Trooper and The Ninth Sister.

 

I'm hoping

AT-ST i can go to Jedha and scan one of those

Electobaton Purge Trooper should be somewhere on the map i guess

 

But my big concern is the ninth sister as i killed her right at the beginning of the game! can someone confirm to me if this has glitched or not, not to fussed about a spoiler at this point
