Completed the game and lost my profile, perks progression and collectables and I can't use chapter select

Hi Guys, i just finished the game on normal difficulty and on main menu i cannot choose chapter select, and when i click resume, it takes me to 2nd part of final boss. All my perks have rest and i have no collectables. When i check the main menu extras, again eveything is 0, as if i have just started the game. 

 

I am probably being stupid but wondered if this happened to anyone else and what to do about it?

Looks like this player also had the same problem. Not sure if there is anything to fix it, I haven't played the game myself.

Thanks, from what i can find online it has happened to a few people. My game crashed as final boss fight was about to begin, this also happened to other people.
