Progressing to Bib Gourmand or Michelin Star

Maybe it's me who just cooked my wits out, grinding this game. But I couldn't find any explanation on how to actually achieve one of those famous badges (or the trophy) until I reached out to some people who hold the platinum trophy.

 

To get the Bib Gourmand or Michelin star, after starting the quest "Choose your path" from Hyppolite, you need to either lower your price to the lowest point (Bib Gourmand) or raise to the highest point (Michelin Guide Star)

 

It takes about 10 services to complete one of the two paths.

 

After finishing one or the other, you can switch styles.
