SWYYER Posted November 1, 2023 Share Posted November 1, 2023 I have an old account I was able to get back after not having for a while, and last night (10/31/2023) I was able to get the account back and change the PSN ID back to the original ID. I tried signing up for an account since then and keep getting the error that it cannot read my "about me" tab. I have updated the about me tab on every platform possible besides PS4 (PS5, PS3, App, Website). Wasn't sure if this was just a take some time issue due to having the name changed back or something else. The error exactly is (Error. Unable to fetch "about me" or it was empty.)
