Main missions not spawning

I completed mission Search and Destroy, and after talking to Hanako and leaving the motel, I got seizure and walked up the stairs of motel, talked to Johnny and after that nothing. I believe that next mission should be Tapeworm but it wont start. Any suggestions?

That can be a game bug.

Try to forward/skip time in game by a few days.

Call all contacts in your in game phone.

If that doesn't work go back to a previous save if you have one before you played Search and Destroy and play the mission again.

If none of that works you might have to restart.

And yes, I didn't get any mission for Judy's questline either

 

Edit: I'm stupid and blind, I have Judy missions, but somehow I tought those are DLC missions, maybe after completing that main missions will continue.

Judy's questline is all about agreeing to do what she wants to do, then using the skip time function until the next part is available. Some of her missions are days apart.

It can also end if you make the wrong dialogue choice and stop going along with her plan.

Nah not at all. It's a big map with a lot going on. If you haven't already change your map to custom and make it so you only see/show what you want to focus on at any given time.
