Slipgate Pacifist/Painless Maze trophy bug

I started the game on coop(started it as a host on my main acc, then added one guest, as I was playing on 2 controllers). Then my main acc was standing in the starting zone, while i proceeded to finish the whole level killing the enemies the normal way. I even made sure that i exit the slipgate on the main controller, as I shot no shots from any guns on the main - and for some reason, only the guest got the trophy? Despite the fact that I was killing and shooting on the guest controller? Any ideas?
