Missing 2 Portable Items

I'm missing the 2 portable items between Mermaid Salve and Dragon Slayer. I have all the accessories and behelits so I don't know what I'm missing. If anyone knows I would appreciate a response because I only need these items to obtain 100% at the gallery.

I just got the items. I've obtained both Spirit Tree Leaf and Durga's Medicine by completing last chapter on Berserk difficulty (playing on Story Mode). It's strange because the guide says that this is required to obtain Femme Fatale Ointment, instead I received that item on my first playtrough and the other 2 on Berserk difficulty, so I think it's needed to complete the last chapter on max difficulty to obtain 100% of the items even if you already have Femme Fatale Ointment. Hope this helps if someone is having problems with that.
