Blackout Help (Alcatraz)

I haven't seen anything or much at all going into this but if you're going for any characters in Alcatraz, once you get the item, if you die you can still do the requirements if you don't pick it back up

 

I've gotten every single Alcatraz character doing it thiseay and it's much easier than trying to keep picking back up the item which resets progress

 

As long as you fully finish the match or fully die out with your squad, as long as youve done the reqs for the character you will unlock them.
