Does anybody know a list of all Classic multiplayer mode medals?

I've played Classic with 4 controllers solo for upwards of 8-10 hours and have scoured the videos of casual gameplay on YouTube to get an idea of what different medals there may be. I'm pretty sure only one eludes me so far, but for the life of me I have no ideas on what I need to experiment around with to earn the last medal/demerit. I do want to say it's probably related to using one of the power-ups in a specific way, and my bet is on that 'mini-me' power-up. Here is a list of all the medals I've earned so far and have been keeping track of:

- Altar Breaker

- Bomb Expert

- Coin Chaser

- Comeback King

- Early Picker

- Empowered

- Fast Traveler

- Goat Defender

- Hyperactive

- Interceptor

- Moneygrubber

- Shepherd

- Shield Addict

- Skill Saw

- True Leader

- Unstoppable

Negative:

- Bullied

- Grounded

- Headbanger

- Powerless

- Shield?

- Sleepy

 

If anybody has earned any medals not listed here and have a basic idea of how to earn them, please let me know and comment here! I've gone so far as messaging the developers of the game on Facebook and email but alas, I have not heard back from them.
