Online trophies help? (PS3 and PS4 Versions)

Hi, I need your help with the online trophies. As for PS3 Version of the game, the game cannot connect to the servers (The Ubisoft service is not available.) (Ubisoft servers unavailable.), while the other players managed to get all online trophies no problem except me. As for PS4 Version of the game, I couldn't seem to send an invite to one of the friends, because it's all black even though both they were in my friend list and they were actually playing the game. Can someone help me out with these problems of mine? I really need to get all online trophies on both PS3 and PS4 Versions of the game. Please Message Me Soon. See You Later.
