Psn shows my friends recently played games on my account

Hi, there is an annoying problem. My account activated as primary on friends ps4 once.
 

Then I deactivated all devices, changed password, and enabled 2FP. ( I am using Ps5 now, and just active device on my account)

 

Problem is; when my friend starts a game on his ps4 with his account, my last played games updated and shows his game and playtime. No trophies I earned. Just recently played list updated.

 

Is there a way to solve this problem other than reach and ask him to delete my account from his ps4?
