As soon you start the game, you don't do the story. You need to get powerful. For that you should do the tower glitch on Apocalypse difficulty. As soon you do it. You should do it to many time until your power level 313. Then you pick a high power level melee, bow and armor. Then you should aim all the DLC trophies as you will get base game by then. You shouldn't get any problems as you one shot everything. If you want to do it quickly, do 1 DLC list per day and you can 100% in a week. If you get any problems with dlcs just use the trophies guides. I believe 100% is possible in under 50 hours.
