Won them all is glitched

I need help I won all rounds as required conquest team death match squad death match obliteration rush defuse and domination and the trophy didn’t pop is there a solution

Did you win one round of defuse or did you play through the whole game? It may have been that. Since defuse is split up into multiple rounds, the trophy can be misleading. Your team needs to win the game (I forgot how many round wins it is). If this is not it, the maybe it could be playing a game of conquest small. 

Also make sure the servers are "official" or "ranked". "Unranked" and "private" server wins won´t count for this trophy.
