Glitched Challenges

Me and a few others have just started this beast of a game and I've heard that some of the challenges are glitched and won't pop when you've done them. Does anyone have a list of the known glitched challenges and/or trophies so we can get them out the way first?

Known glitched challenges are the following

 

Skrimish

Legendary :: Win a match without dying

From the Grave :: Get a kill with a grenade after you have died

 

King Of Gravity

King for a Minute I, II, III :: King for 1 min, 5 mins, & entire match.

 

Team Skirmish

Mr. Show :: Be the best player on a team of 6

 

I can't promise that anything else doesn't glitch out but these are most common ones
