Adjust the enemies level to your character in a multiplayer mode setting useful? (PS3 and PS4)

Hi, I have a curious question about the setting at the options of Dead Island. Was the Adjust the enemies level to your character in a multiplayer mode really useful setting for getting all the online trophies? Should I Turn on or should I Turn off? I was playing the Game of the Year Edition of the game. I just want to know if this setting makes it harder to get all online trophies while it's turned on which is recommended. Can someone tell me that should I Turn on or should I Turn off the Adjust the enemies level to your character in a multiplayer mode setting? I was afraid that if the setting was turned on, it will make things harder for getting all online trophies. This is both for PS3 and PS4 Versions of the game. Please Reply Me Soon. See You Later.
