Getting the trophies in 2024

I have recently earned the platinum on this game, so I thought I’d give some tips on here since the guide hasn’t been updated in a while and there are many things that have been changed.

🏆Only Full Is Enough - Entirely fill your tanks - this trophy bugged on me, when I first started playing the game, I went to fill my truck and it stopped filling at 1199l/1200l. Simply go around your truck or get in and out and try filling it again, it should pop it. If still doesn’t work, don’t worry as you’ll be spending quite a few hours in the game and will have plenty of opportunities to do it.

🏆Veteran - Reach level 10 - this will take you a while, I gave up at lvl 5 and downgraded the game to version 1.00 where tasks give you decent amount of money and reputation and levelling up is a lot faster. For comparison, I had 35hrs of playing and was halfway through level 5. I then downgraded to 1.00 and had to start over, so it took me 6hrs to go from lvl 0 to lvl 10. I did all deliveries with no damage. If you damage the goods, your best option would be to quickly press the home button and close the game. It automatically saves every couple of minutes, so you will respawn with no damage not far from where you’ve left it. If you own the digital version of the game and downgrade for you isn’t an option, then my suggestion is to do multi drops, stack as many as possible on a semi trailer and do long distance deliveries, as they give more reputation.

 

🏆All trophies related to buying trucks/trailers and hiring employees, should pretty much come naturally as you progress. Just make sure you buy a truck/trailer every time you level up and assign an employee to drive it. Give them tasks, they can also do multi drops etc and will never do any damage on the goods, meaning you’ll get the full price of the deliveries. Sadly,  employees deliveries won’t bring you any reputation, just cash.

 

🏆Keep it Rollin’ - Own one motor vehicle with a mileage of at least 500k kilometres. - This will need to be grinded out, as trying to do it legit will easily take you way over 500hrs. Both glitches that are mentioned on the guide should work fine on version 1.00, however if you don’t have the option to downgrade, I’ve discovered a glitch that still works as of February 2024. I’ve recorded myself doing it and left a link to the video in the comment section of the guide. Beware that this takes 55hrs. Everything is explained in the video step by step, simply follow it and you’ll get your shiny gold trophy!

 

🏆Deliver an assignment with 0% / 10% / 50% damage should all come naturally again. In case you’re struggling, It doesn’t need to be exactly 10% or 50% damage. For 10% damage, you can literally crash once, as long as the damage is between 1% and 10% this should pop. Same for 50% damage, needs to be between 11% and 50%. For the 0% damage, simply try not to crash, or just pick a delivery that is in the same town.

 

🏆Total Loss - Deliver an assignment with 100% damage - Best method is to pick one delivery to a town that’s not too far, ideally 100-200km and keep crashing your truck on the sides while on the motorway. Each crash will deal 5% damage and won’t really slow you down. Simply crash 20 times or more. If you lost count, you can easily go over 100% and it will unlock you the trophy. Again, it doesn’t need to be exactly 100%. It has to be 100% and above.

 

🏆Good Combiner, Planner and Logistic Specialist trophies - lots of people report issues with one of the above trophies. I’ve unlocked the 50% and 90% payload very early in the game with the starting truck and the 2KA drawbar box trailer. I was locked out of the 70% payload and it unlocked when I restarted the game with 1.00 version. Again, using the first truck with the same trailer. If you are stuck on this and have done everything else, my suggestion is either downgrade to 1.00, or just keep loading your truck until it pops. For example, load your truck with 70% payload (it shows the total payload in the description) and if the trophy doesn’t pop, just cancel the deliveries and try again. This will harm your reputation and will decrease your level progressing, so only do it if you have already achieved 🏆Veteran.

 

Overall, this game is utter trash and if you haven’t purchased it yet, either get a disc copy even if it’s a bit more expensive, or don’t buy it at all. Check out the reviews before buying and don’t make my mistake. There are far better simulators out there.

 

In general, the platinum isn’t hard at all, so I agree with the guide and it is 2/10 indeed. If you are playing downgraded version, all trophies apart from 500k km glitch should take you around 7-10hrs. The 500k km glitch takes 55hrs so you’re looking at 65hrs in total. If you are on the digital version, prepare to spend 50-70hrs for all trophies and 55hrs for the 500k km glitch.

So I've been playing on 1.00 and the trophy for having 5 trucks and 5 trailers did not unlock. Any info on things I can try? Thanks!

I’m glad you find it helpful.

 

I’d suggest leave it as last if it’s glitched and it doesn’t unlock. Once you get all the other trophies, update your game and see if it pops automatically. I’ve earned this trophy playing on the latest version, so it should unlock without any issues.
