Cooler than Moonraker and Emergency Exit do not work.

As the title says, the trophies "Cooler than Moonraker" and "Emergency Exit" don't pop.

 

I tried both multiple times, but there's nothing. Swan dive through a window (I tried different windows) doesn't seem to work. Also jumping from one boat to another doesn't work. 

 

Is it a feature of the latest patch?

 

EDIT: For Moonraker-trophy it literally seems to be the first boat which triggers the trophy. I tried to jump from the second boat to the first one and nothing happened (second boat running into the mines). Many attempts later I changed the boats and the trophy turned up when the first boat hit the mines.

 

For "Emergency Exit" there has to be windows which do not count or I'm just too clumsy jumping through windows. Trophy appears jumping through a window next to the jade dragon secret.
