All's Fare in Love and War Trophy not Popping

So I have had a very tough time trying to get the phone call. 
I purchased the taxi company and didnt get the call. I then brought the tow company and then got the taxi call, I got the follow car mission. I completed the mission and got a tip for not being seen and I didnt get the trophy.
I reloaded a save from before I brought the tow company and then I got the Got your Back mission. Same thing, I completed the mission and got a tip but I still didnt get the trophy. 
I reloaded saves 5 times yesterday and still no trophy. 
I had waited around 15 minutes and to try and get another call from the taxi company but no call.
