How to know the missing files

I have finished the game and you can select the chapters but it does not say how many files are missing. Is there a method?

Unfortunately you cannot mop up any missing files via chapter select as it'll erase your progress

 

According to the achievement guide if you select continue after beating the game it'll start NG+ and everything carries over but you'll have to keep playing until you get the remaining ones
