The End Doesn't Justify The Means Not Triggering

The trophy mentioned above will not trigger after completing Barkham Monastery (Level 12). I've looked at every YouTube video or written guide, whether it be using the Prayer Circle glitch needing only one instead of five, or going through the entire level making sure every monk survives. I've also made sure the main building gate is closed before going into the canyon towards the end of the level, and still no luck. I have no idea where a monk is getting killed, as I've tried several different save points throughout the level (all 32 slots on BM right now). 

 

Can anyone provide an exact video or guide of any type that will for sure unlock this last trophy that I need for TR2? I'm about to move over to TR3 if this frustration continues. 

 

Update: I'm dumb and didn't realize that level skip voids this trophy (although it would've been nice to know that beforehand in any of the guides online). Onto Tomb Raider III now.
