[SOLVED] Sage in training bugged?

Hello everyone,
As I said in the title, is there a possibility that the trophy Sage in training is bugged?
I upgraded every ability of one color and the trophy did not pop, so I upgraded all of them but still no trophy. What can be the cause of this?

EDIT: I solved the issue. Since I played this game when I was 14, I remembered that in the final level, before the final fight, there's Keira and you can do the upgrade. Apparently, in this level when you upgrade your abilities to Keira, it's not counted and the trophy won't pop. I reloaded a previous save, grinded the last Dark Eco and did the upgrade on the ship. It worked.
So, don't trust the Italian translation of the trophy, which says to upgrade every ECO ability, but upgrade only one branch, preferably before the last level.
