Missables

There is a great guide on steam about the trophies but to clarify: These are the trophies that are Missable because many locations become unavailable, especially early on:

 

Overdue Booty
Get your allowance from Mom

(talk to mom at the beginning of the game and tell her over and over how beautiful she looks Today, after multiple times she gives you money) 

Speedy Delivery
Deliver Francois's letter to Clara

(in house 2 in parm is an old guy on the second floor, talk to him to get a letter. Deliver the letter in New Parm after coming from the boat in "Mansion 2"

Swab Boss
Do a good job swabbing the deck

(complete the minigame in 25 or fewer seconds. You have 2 days/tries but can retry infinity. Hold square to stay as fast as possible.) 

Mum's the Word
Found the other stowaway

(After you find sue on the boat talk with an old guy in the room where the shop is. He tells you he is a stowaway and for you not to tell. After arriving with the boat in New parm docks he is hidden in a barrel and gives you a reward) 

 

Eggsellence
Collect all 18 Mana Egg

The three Bonus dungeons will stay available until you reach the point of no return before the final boss (not sure when that is yet but I recommend doing them after you fall from the sky and crash in the desert(after getting the final member in your team)
