the_sultan999 Posted April 26 Share Posted April 26 (edited) im in kyoto i need level 3 bond with shinsaku takasugi but everytime i come to him to gift him something he's sick. idk what to do i tried replaying chapters with him in it to increase our bond but it doesn't work tried progressing enough in the story and he doesn't show up edit: for anyone wondering just complete the game you will find him in the open world. once you do gift him something and go back to his side quest in kyoto Edited April 28 by the_sultan999 figured it out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
