4 Endings on 1 Save (micro-guide)

I unintentionally discovered a path to unlock all four (4) endings on the same save. My initial reference was https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1815979118 yet since I didn't read the unholy books I was locked out of R'lyeh options. Despite that, all endings were available.

 

1. Don't drink alcohol.
2. [Trophy: The Shadow Out of Time] View all seven (7) murals
   1. Located in: chap2 (1), chap4 (4+1), chap14 (1)
   2. YMMV: I don't recall these triggering "This will affect your destiny" so they may not be required
3. [Trophy: Sandman] Find and give the pills to the inmate
   1. YMMV: I did this strictly for the trophy without entering the morgue, then flipped on the gas and left
4. Tell Bradley the truth about Marie Colden's fate
5. When allowed, choose answers in R'lyeh
   1. My sanity was high so I could only select the early ones -- the first 3, IIRC -- and I could not select any starting from Algernon Drake in Charles Hawkins' office
   2. In chap14 while conversing w/ Marie Colden, even w/ high sanity, I was able to choose one R'lyeh option
6. [Trophy: Shared guilt] Torment Irene Sanders to suicide ☹️
   1. As Marie in chap8, examine Irene's body+chart in the hospital
7. [Trophy: Scholar of the unspeakable] Accept Algernon Drake's assistance
   1. [Trophy: Companion in arms] ..and ensure he survives the Shambler fight!
8. Perpetually disobey Leviathan
   1. "Struggle" against Leviathan
   2. Reject his offer of knowledge
   3. Refuse the medicine, food, and gun
9. [Trophy: The Rats in the Walls] Punch people as Cat
   1. YMMV: I was going for trophy cleanup, and don't recall if this affected destiny
10. Spare Bradley
11. [Trophy: The Good Samaritan] Heal Mitchell
    1. View Cat's dead body after healing Mitchell
       1. You don't need to talk to her while she's alive
12. During the ending dialogue w/ Sarah there will be three choices: R'lyeh, Occult, and default.
    1. I was only able to select the default.

 

So don't fret if you missed an unholy book, or are locked out of R'lyeh dialogue options.
