Using Backup-Save after Figure Collector?

Hey guys,

I am currently at the beginning of the huge grind and I have wondered a thing about the trophies.

For Figure Collector I need all figures. To aquire all of them I need 1450 energy and 10 cells/parts of the corresponding kaiju (the double amount for godzilla).

My idea was to grind for these materials, backing up the save file, buying all figures and unlocking the trophy, then loading the backup save and then I could use the energy and materials to upgrade all kaiju. Makes the grind a bit smaller.

Can anybody clarify if this works?

I haven't seen anything about this on the internet so maybe I'm just wrong or misunderstanding anything.

Thank you for bringing up that idea. So bad nobody answered, so here I am, it works. I saved up over 9k evolution energy and other cells to get those 2 Godzlla evolution trophies, after trophies popped, i downloaded back the saved data to my system and voila, again with all that energy as new.

Perfect! Sadly I haven't gotten any motivation lately to test it by myself. But I'm happy that my idea helped!
