Popular Post CurseBanette
Hello everyone. I am CurseBanette and welcome to my trophy checklist. The purpose of this checklist is to record all of my completed games (all trophies unlocked) and share my experiences with them. Later in this same post, I am going to group my completed games based on the years I completed them on. Chronological order. Rows of 10. I figure this would give me a better insight on how changed and developed my gaming habits over time. I will talk about my experiences with games in subsequent posts. The games I will talk about will not necessarily be only my latest completions. I could very well choose them in a very random order. Potentially multiple games on the same post too, especially if they belong to the same series and/or stacks. You will definitely see stacks. Playing again the games I love is a practice I have been doing since when I was 6 years old with my PS1. Now trophies give me even more incentives lol. No reviews. ‘Nice game, I had fun’ is pretty much all I can write as a “review” lol. But I will still mention whether I like the game or not. I created my psn account in 2017, but I started to collect trophies in May 2020. This is my first and only main account. And during 2017-2020, I was also still playing in other consoles/systems that have no psn trophies. I like collecting trophies because they let me play and explore game content I would not otherwise do. They feel rewarding and they even justify long boring grinds. Once the platinum or last trophy is unlocked… well, I’ll use Lili’s victory quote from Street Fighter X Tekken: ‘this is the moment that makes it all worthwhile’. I used to mainly play Pokèmon. My username and checklist title are both after Pokèmon lol. Even though I do not play the game any more, I still mainly see myself as a Pokèmon player. 1. Action 2. JRPG 3. Fighting 4. Horror 5. Visual Novel They are my favourite game genres. Fully aware my top 5 genres and my profile do not match lol. I have been accustomed to action, JRPG, horror and visual novel for a very long time, but I discovered the beauty of fighting games around the same time I started to collect trophies. I ended up getting very passionate and I went all out. I wanted to explore the fighting genre as much as possible, so that’s why I bought and played so many fighting games during these past few years. Everytime someone checks my profile, rightfully says: ‘Oh! Fighting games!’ and now I am like: ‘Oh no! What have I done!?’ XD. I do not mean it in a bad way. I love my fighting games and I am proud about them. It’s just my way to say my profile does not match me perfectly. Fighting games are awesome, but personally they cannot top action (especially hack ‘n slash) and JRPG. Now I am running out of fighting games I want to play, so I fully expect to increase the amount of other genres. Visual novels being one of my favourite genres may sound like a lie due to a few quick completions. Proper explanation will come in due time in subsequent posts. Honorable mentions: shooting, racing and stealth (random order). - Platinum - Platinum + DLC trophies - Trophies but no platinum - Trophies but no platinum + DLC trophies To me they are all worth the same, so that’s why I group them together. Goals? I am very volatile. I alternate from clearing my backlog, increase my platinum count, increase my ultra rare count, increase my amount of hard games completed and other stuff. And I have a huge wishlist. I cannot focus on a single goal for too long lol. I could say more about myself, but I expect things about my background will come up once I start talking about the games, especially with the first one I am planning. Now, my Hall Of Fame. 2019 Spoiler 2020 Spoiler 2021 Spoiler 2022 Spoiler 2023 Spoiler 2024 Spoiler Thanks for reading!
HelixNebula_x
Some great plats in the mix there dude, I can't speak much for the fighting games as it isn't really my genre, but GTA IV, Vanquish, Persona and the Devil May Cry series are all killer completions. Also 4 Bayonetta stacks in the course of about a week?! Absolute madness, what a great game. Shame that the sequels never came to non-Nintendo consoles. Keep up the great work with these completions man. PS - Also an old school Pokemon fanboy, but never been a big Banette fan. Arcanine and Empoleon master race.

I like Arcanine and Empoleon too! I remember in Pokèmon Pearl, my first Gen 4 game, Piplup was my starter! The games you mentioned are all games I am planning to talk about 👍 And yeah, a real shame Bayonetta moved to Nintendo lol
