Undead overrun freezing

Recently faced the friend such problem: came together into the Undead overrun mode from DLC Undead Nightmare and as soon as game began everything freezing, the gamepad doesn't answer teams, all tightly. After several unsuccessful attempts we read forums and read that it is necessary to delete the games and all downloadable content (DLC and patches). We have at both a digital version therefore reinstalled everything including the game. But it didn't help, as before everything tightly freezes. Who faced a similar problem help please, in advance many thanks!
