MynyUser Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 what is the point of the offshore account? why do we have a offshore account and cash? why is not all in one place?why would thy do that? did they change it in the new updates that for the pc(and mybe will be on the ps3) or thy it's still offshore account and cash? Cash is what you use to buy guns, gun mods, masks, and skills. As for why they are two separate things I imagine that having access to all the money in your offshore account would break the economy. Also in terms of the story I think your offshore account is your retirement fund for when you get out of the game. You need 200 million (i think dont remerber well) in your offshore account and burn it.
