Factions: Mic icon appearing on wrong player and players switching teams?

Anyone else having a problem where in factions, the mic icon appears on the wrong person? What I mean is i'll be in a game and i'll be talking to someone on my team. Next game, they're on the other team and im like "wtf" and apparently for some reason they were on my team last game and it wasnt even them i was talking to. just for some reason every time they talked, the mic icon showed up on their name when it was someone else who was talking and for whatever reasons, the game was showing them on my team in the previous game. Anyone else experiencing this? it really bugs me as i keep sending friend requests to the wrong people
