"Now it's safe"-Workaround

As some of you, like  me, are having some issues with the "Now it's safe" trophy, I wanted to let you know how it worked for me.

 

ATTENTION: You must have freed 17 safe zones. You can check your progress under "Extras" and "Personal statistics". If it doesn't display 17 freed save zones, the method won't work.

 

First of all back up your save files to a USB stick or the PSN online storage. Afterwards delete the whole game including the save files (be sure to have backed them up). Afterwards reinstall the game and download the newest patch. Don't start the game until the patch is installed. Then start the game and start a new game. Be sure to select the mission "The Clinic" in the advanced options before you start the game. After the newly started game begins just walk out of the sewers/cellar and after 10-20 seconds the trophy should pop without doing anything.

 

Probably the method is already known but I couldn't find it here so i thought some of you might need it.
