Warning - Episode 4-5 continuity issue

SPOILERS 

 

At the end of episode 4 when Jack offers you the Hyperion top spot, you can either accept or reject Hyperion.  If you initially accept Hyperion you can still Back Out before "jacking into" the system, thus causing a Refusal and triggering Jack's rage scenes.  This will also count as a Refuse Hyperion choice in the end of chapter choices.  

 

However when you continue with episode 5 the story plays out as if you accepted Hyperion and are now the new president.  If you played this way initially but haven't started episode 5 you should go back into episode 4 and make your choice a straight Refusal.  You'll notice the same scenes in episode 4 but now the episode 5 scenes will be different/correct.  

 

I tried this twice with the same results.  I don't know if the ps4 version has the same problem.
